Finca Bonita Springs is located in Alto Lino, Boquete, Panama, just ten minutes from the centre of Boquete. It has been owned and operated by the Miró family for over 80 years. The farm comprises 36 hectares of prime coffee-growing land stretching into the heart of the Boquete Valley.

In 2017, Arturo Miró and Olmedo Miró introduced a new business model, transforming the existing farm and its traditional harvest-and-sell approach into a fully operational specialty coffee farm, complete with its own drying and processing facilities.

This Wush Wush variety is processed using the classic natural method, yet the cup is remarkably elegant, clean and incredibly complex. Bonita Springs reminds us of floral notes such as rose, complemented by an intense sweetness reminiscent of honey.

A light roast, ideal for all pour-over brewing methods.
