Story behind

In January 2024, we personally visited Juan David and his family in Armenia. In addition to the beautiful farm, what particularly stands out is Juan David's willingness to experiment. This Castillo is prepared in the form of "osmotic dehydration", in which vanilla and desiccated coconut are included within the fermentation process.

This Castillo is a light/medium roast and recommended for all filter brewing methods. Goes very well as Espresso as well.

The green coffee is imported through our import partner "Col-Spirit".
