In January 2024, we personally visited Juan David and his family in Armenia. In addition to the beautiful farm, what particularly stands out is Juan David's willingness to experiment. This Castillo is prepared in the form of "osmotic dehydration", in which strawberries and peach are included within the fermentation process.

This Castillo is a light roast and recommended for all filter brewing methods. Goes well as experimental Espresso too.

The green coffee is imported through our import partner "Col-Spirit".
